Through longer test time from last year, one of our customized high temperature slip ring that was designed for our military customer has finished test successfully.

According to the features and functions, slip ring could be divided in to water-proof slip ring, dust-proof slip ring, explosion-proof slip ring, anti-temperature slip ring, electrical slip ring,industry slip ring, high definition slip rings etc. 

Carbon brush is the component on the surface of commutation device in the motor. When motor rotates, brush can transmit power to coil via switcher, which its main part is brush, so called carbon brush. As we all know that, carbon brush wear more easily that need to maintain, exchange and clean carbon deposition regularly.

Good news!

Last week Barlin Times received a good news from customer about the slip ring sample we shipped to them 2 years ago which has been tested successfully already.

Slip ring is a kind of electronic component which could transfer current and data signal from fixed part to rotating device, also known as conductive slip ring, brush block, collector ring, rotating electrical joints or gas rotatory joint.

Our new type for super miniature capsule slip ring are in the opening mould process. Mext month we will launch this type into market.
